The conference for those who believe photojournalism to be a calling and the act of bearing witness to be important.

This year’s SEPJC will be held in bustling downtown Nashville at the
SBC building
901 Commerce Street
Nashville, TN 37203

We hope you can join us for the 27th annual conference February 1 – February 2, 2019
with the student workshop January 31 – February 1, 2019.

We will have Special Conference Parking  located at the building
and is FREE to SEPJC attendees.

We want you to know about the changes we have made after 26 years as the Southwestern Photojournalism Conference.

After moving the conference to Nashville this past year, we decided we needed to change our name – after all, we are no longer in the Southwest. We are now in the Southeast, so we decided to just change a few letters and came up with the Southeastern Photojournalism Conference or SEPJC for short.

Every year, the Southeastern Photojournalism Conference provides the opportunity for photographers all around the world to interact and engage with professionals who believe photojournalism is a calling and the act of bearing witness is important. We look forward to a time of learning, growing and fellowshipping with one another.

Gary Fong (President of Christians in Photojournalism), says this about the conference:

"It may sound odd to seek the Lord at a conference, but SEPJC is no ordinary gathering.  It’s a place where I enjoy fellowshipping with His people, get a perspective on how photography is a vocation AND ministry, and commune with Him as I walk."
